This service is included in both the The Private School Programme & The State School Programme, but is also available with out school placement as a stand alone service. The prices are the same as outlined here.

A White House Local Co-ordinator is the student's immediate point of contact, living within forty-five minutes of each child’s school. They will act as the student’s guardian and are responsible for him/her whilst at school or staying with a host family during an exeat or half term holiday.

Airport Reception and transfer to and from school

Host Family Accommodation during exeat, half term, and longer holidays

Regular Inspection and CRB/ISA checks of host families to ensure the highest standards

Transport to / from the host family

Close Contact with the child, host family and school

Monitoring the child’s well being and academic progress

Attendance at School Functions on parent’s behalf

Prompt Response to Problems

Regular Written Reports to head office

Continuous Contact with parents through the agent by fax and email

Immediate Transmission of a report of any significant event or incident

Control of Payments made from the Expenses Lodgement

Necessary Travel Arrangements in and from the UK

Validation Documents of academic achievement if required
